Questions
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, so your files never reach our servers. That matters for IDs, statements and contracts.
Which resolution (DPI) should I choose?
150 DPI is right for sharing and screens (an A4 page becomes 1,240 × 1,754 px). Choose 300 DPI for printing or small text, 600 DPI for fine detail, and 72 DPI for small previews. Very large pages are capped at 50 megapixels so every device can open them.
JPG or PNG?
JPG makes smaller files and suits photos and sharing. PNG keeps text and lines perfectly sharp and can have a transparent background, but files are bigger.
Can I get the pictures out of a PDF instead of whole pages?
Yes. Choose "Extract images" to save every picture inside the chosen pages at its original size. Repeats are saved once, and tiny icons and lines are skipped unless you turn that off.
Can I convert several PDFs at once?
Yes. Add up to 100 PDFs; each image is named after its PDF and page, like report-p3.jpg, and Download all puts them in one ZIP.
Can I convert password-protected PDFs?
Yes. We'll ask for the password; it stays on your device and is forgotten when you leave.
Can I put all pages into one image?
Yes. Turn on "Make one tall image" in More options to stack the chosen pages into one long image, handy for chat apps. If it would be too big for phones, we'll suggest a lower resolution.
How do I save the images to Photos on my iPhone or Android?
After converting, tap "Save to Photos" (on Android, "Save or share") and choose Save Images, or save one image at a time. You can also download them all as a ZIP.
Are there limits?
Up to 100 PDFs and 2,000 pages at a time, 200 MB per file and 500 MB in total, and up to 500 images per run. It's free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
