Questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, so your files never reach our servers. That matters for IDs, contracts and bank statements.
Is it free?
Yes, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
How many files can I merge?
Up to 100 files and 2,000 pages at a time, up to 200 MB per file and 500 MB in total.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Yes. We'll ask for the password; it stays on your device and is forgotten after merging. You can also add a new password to the merged PDF in More options.
Can I add photos or scans (JPG, HEIC)?
Yes. Each image becomes one upright page, in the position you choose.
Can I use only some pages of a file?
Yes. Tap "Pages" on the file and type a range like 1-3, 5, or switch to Pages view to drag, rotate or remove single pages.
Will the merged PDF have bookmarks?
Yes. Each file gets a bookmark with its name, and its own bookmarks are kept underneath. You can also add a contents page.
How do I print the merged PDF double-sided?
Turn on "Double-sided printing". We add a blank page after files with an odd number of pages, so each file starts on a new sheet.
Can I merge PDFs on my iPhone or Android phone?
Yes, right in your browser. Choose files from Files, Photos or the cloud, then save the result with "Save to Files" or share it.
