The short version

Our tools work inside your browser. The files you add are never uploaded to us. We don't sell data, show ads or ask you to sign up.

Your files

Every tool on FizzyTools processes files on your own device. Some tools keep your work in your browser's storage so you don't lose it (for example a recording in progress); you can delete it in the tool, and it never reaches us.

Analytics

We count visits and a few tool actions (such as "a PDF was made") with Umami and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Neither uses cookies. They record the page, your browser type and rough location by country, and loading times. They never record your files, file names or what you type.

Problem reports

If you send a report from "Report a problem", we receive what you write, the kind of problem, the tool and its version, the page, your browser, system, device type, screen size and language, and, only if you add them, your email and a screenshot. Screenshots have photo details such as location removed before they leave your device. Your IP address is not stored; to stop spam we keep a scrambled code made from it for two days. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sent the report.

How long we keep reports

Until the problem is handled. Then your email and screenshot are deleted after 90 days, and the rest of the report after one year.

Where data is stored

With Cloudflare, which runs our site. Reports may be stored outside India and the UAE.

Your choices

You can send a report without an email or screenshot. To see or delete a report you sent, email support@fizzytools.com with its number (FT-…).

Children

If you are under 18, please don't include an email or screenshot in a report.

We'll update this page when something changes, with the date at the top.
